Ashley Rogers

WVU Student, Women and Gender Studies

Undergraduate student, Eberly College of Arts and Sciences Ashley is a senior at WVU pursuing a degree in Women and Gender Studies with minors in Music and Music Performance. She is a member of WVU Believe Them and is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment for victims of sexual violence at WVU. Ashley is also dedicated to making members of the LGBTQ+ community feel welcome and represented within the university and the greater Morgantown area. Her research interests include Queer Theory, gendered hierarchies within music, intersectional feminism, compulsory heterosexuality, and the history of sexuality and gender.
