Aaliyah Sadler, MBA, serves as Residence Life Specialist (RLS) of Bennett Tower and helps the programmatic efforts of several Living Learning Communities (LLCs). Upon arrival Aaliyah saw the need to re-establish the Residence Life Diversity Committee, to help sustain a welcoming and inclusive culture that empowers everyone to reach their full potential, fueling connections with employees, residents, and communities. She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the R.E.A.C.H Conference, which aims to promote, foster, and celebrate diversity through education, team building, open dialogue, and facilitated student growth. Along with the Co-Advisor for Black Student Union here at West Virginia University. Before arriving at WVU, Aaliyah worked as a Graduate Assistant for Housing/Residence Life and Campus Activities at Wheeling University. She also served as the advisor for Black Student Union. Aaliyah earned her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Wheeling Jesuit University. Where she is a 2-Time MEC Champion in Women's Basketball and earned her Master's in Business Administration from Wheeling University. Aaliyah is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
